The foundational solution for the multibillion-dollar agriculture company, Syngenta, was the creation of a secure, flexible technology platform to support its complex incentive programs. This involved developing a New Retailer Portal, a powerful online tool allowing distribution partners and crop protection retailers to safely submit crucial grower point-of-sale and inventory data. Concurrently, a robust Comprehensive Customer Database was built to organize and validate this rich, transactional data. This structure was reinforced by a Detailed Rules Engine—a methodical governance system designed to reconcile and validate compliance based on hundreds of complex business rules, ensuring data accuracy and mitigating potential fraud or reporting errors.
