INNOVATION TAKES A FRONT SEATCase Study
Fisher Dynamics, an engineered seating systems company, is the automotive industry’s premier supplier of seat mechanisms. They design and manufacture recliners, latches, and specialty mechanisms for some of the finest passenger vehicles all over the world. They came to us seeking help to theme, build and generate excitement for their booth at an industry trade show. We saw this as a golden opportunity to capture sales leads and orders from a key customer.
We took a 360-degree approach to this challenge.
We first themed the campaign with a premium-positioning tagline—The Art of Innovation—which captured their company’s vision of cutting-edge ideas and unique solutions to the most complex challenges. We then designed an art gallery-themed, all-out assault on prospects coming to the event. This included pre-show emails, a mobile app, booth graphics, print ads for the show book, product displays, sales rep wearables, parting gifts, a company sizzle video and post show follow up communications.
The outcome was an optimized communication package which achieved the following results:
